I was suddenly obsessed with the idea of turning a paper airplane into a kite- I couldn’t let it go until I made it work. there’s not much more to it than that, just a playful design I couldn’t get out of my mind.

Designed and built during an apprenticeship at WindFire Designs, this piece carries a familiar form into sustained flight.
